Bright Babies Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you read the booking and cancellation terms and conditions prior to making a booking. By making a booking you are accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE HEALTH OF MY CHILD AND MYSELF IN THE SESSIONS AND SHOULD THERE BE ANY MEDICAL CHANGES I WILL CONSULT MY INSTRUCTOR. I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CHILD.

·      Two-week trials should be taken on the next class available after your booking, for two consecutive weeks. Unless arranged otherwise.

·      When booking for a term I am unable to offer a refund or reduced fee if you can not attend all sessions within the term. This includes unexpected sickness, having to self-isolate and unable to travel due to adverse weather conditions.

·      No refund will be issued if you fail to attend a session. If you cannot attend your course/session you are welcome to offer your place to another person if you have agreed this with me prior to them attending and confirmed with new with all their contact details.

·      If  you wish to cancel or transfer your course/session, please let me know ASAP. See table below for applicable cancellation fees.

On the rare occasion it may be necessary for Bright Babies to reschedule your course/class I will advise you ASAP. This could be due to instructor illness, being required to self-isolate, a venue issue or availability or adverse weather conditions. Following this I will reschedule an alternative date and if this is not possible issue a refund for that specific session. The refund will be based on the course fee divided by the number of sessions in the course.
